MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a SharePoint Developer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our client. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing SharePoint environments for our organization. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated technical expertise in SharePoint site management, configuration, workflow development, and performance optimization. This role is critical in designing and enhancing SharePoint solutions, providing operations and maintenance (O&M) support, and ensuring compliance with IT standards and best practices. The selected candidate will be responsible for: · Assessing and validating SharePoint and web-based requirements to meet business objectives. · Designing and optimizing SharePoint workflow architectures for improved functionality and efficiency. · Redesigning existing SharePoint applications to add new features, optimize functionality, improve scalability, and enhance stability and performance. · Providing operations and maintenance (O&M) support for SharePoint environments, including content management, troubleshooting, and issue remediation. · Creating and developing new SharePoint sites based on user requirements. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Requirements
