About The Position

Shift: Day Shift, 4 Ten Hour Days, Monday - Thursday Job Qualifications: Basic Sheet Metal machine operations; cutting, breaking, and sorting of parts Participate in team and shop business problem solving activities that include quality, safety, scrap reduction, and process improvements Meet or exceed annual safety, quality, 5-S, and productivity targets Attend training courses as directed by management May perform other duties, as assigned Willingness to learn Ensures adherence to company policies and work rules, as well as insuring a safe work environment is maintained Maintain excellent work attendance Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude Strive to continually improve quality, safety, 5-S, and productivity within your areas of responsibility Understanding and proper use of tape measure within 1/32” Must have a valid driver’s license Basic shop math (i.e. add/subtract/divide/multiply, whole numbers and fractions) Must be able to read Production Orders & understand shop drawings Familiar with common hand and power tools Physical Requirements: Manufacturing and outdoor environments Continuous standing, sitting, squatting, bending, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday Lifting of 50 lbs or more with assistance; two-person lift or mechanical Wear PPE when required Evapco’s Summary of Pay & Benefits: The salary range consists of base pay and most recent profit sharing bonus amounts Medical, Vision, & Dental Insurance Employee Stock Ownership Program – we are an employee-owned company Profit Sharing Bonus – which is paid twice per year Pretax Savings & Investment Plan Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave Bereavement Pay Company Paid Basic Life Insurance equivalent to base salary, with option for Supplemental Life election Sick Leave Long Term Disability

Requirements

Willingness to learn
Understanding and proper use of tape measure within 1/32”
Must have a valid driver’s license
Basic shop math (i.e. add/subtract/divide/multiply, whole numbers and fractions)
Must be able to read Production Orders & understand shop drawings
Familiar with common hand and power tools
