We are seeking an experienced Sheet Vinyl Flooring Subcontractor for ongoing residential and/or commercial projects. Ideal candidates take pride in clean, precise installations and can work independently while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing sheet vinyl flooring
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to read plans and job specs
- Attention to detail and strong workmanship
- Valid insurance (liability and workers’ comp)
- Professional attitude and reliability
Responsibilities
- Measure, prep, and install sheet vinyl flooring
- Perform sub-floor preparation (patching, leveling, moisture control as needed)
- Cut, fit, seam, and weld vinyl accurately
- Remove existing flooring when required
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate clearly with project managers and clients
- Complete jobs on schedule and to quality standards
