We’re looking for dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Shelter Support Staff to help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for individuals experiencing homelessness. This is an active, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. If you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and being part of a mission-driven team, this could be a great fit for you. In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for clients entering the shelter. Your work helps ensure the campus operates safely and efficiently while clients receive the support they need. Every shift plays an important role in maintaining a safe and stable environment for the people we serve.
