About The Position

Green District is a Louisville-based, fast-casual fresh foods restaurant. At GD, we promote a team first, customer driven atmosphere. We are looking for a key player for our team to be a Shift Lead. We offer a fun work environment, inclusive company culture, and competitive base hourly pay tips.
The Fountain Square location is open for lunch Monday - Friday, with occasional evening or weekend shifts based on conventions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Positive attitude
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or training experience preferred
