About The Position

What You'll Be Doing: - Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations. - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. - Prepare and cook food - Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices. - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels. - Maintain dining and kitchen areas, including clearing and cleaning tables, emptying trash cans and cleaning floors. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. - Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately. - Assist in opening and closing procedures as required. - Leading Front and Back of House staff What We're Looking For: - Previous shift lead experience in a food service industry strongly preferred. - Drive-thru cashiering experience - Strong leadership skills with experience motivating and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- someone who likes to treat customers like family - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
