About The Position

Shift Lead Responsibilities: Train, lead, and coach all employees in the front of house to ensure that established Ani cultural and core standards are met. Ensure that sanitation standards as set forth by the company, local, state, and federal regulations are in compliance. Communicate with employees and upper management to ensure operational needs are met. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Manage flow of business via dine in, take out and delivery sales channels Open and/or close the restaurant as the Supervisor on the floor, responsible for all aspects of service and restaurant operations Requirements: Experience in leading a team Bilingual preferred Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised. Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
