Daily use of Outlook, Excel, and Blue Yonder
Accurately receive inventory
Data setup and validation
Accurately input required data elements into WMS and various other applications
Manage unsalable inventory to resolution
Accurately identify, log, and document potential damage.
Accurately document information on product recalls, including physically segregating as required.
Ensure appropriate signage accurately located in distribution center
Process analysis and documentation
Ability to be certified on the PIT equipment (training will be provided)

Responsibilities

Various office and administrative duties, which may include handling accounts payable/receivable and collections, office supplies, maintaining database and miscellaneous reporting
Audit of logs and trip reports and maintain of files, customer service interaction, resolution of driver equipment requests
Involve yourself in the safety team and engineering team as required by location
Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
Communication with drivers, clamp truck operators, customers on site, and leadership team
Daily use of Outlook, Excel, and Blue Yonder
Respond to inventory issues from operators on the floor
Ensuring system count matches physical inventory
Resolve discrepancies at location and pallet level
Look for missing product in storage locations
Update WMS to match physical through various methods/ Research and document root cause
Accurately receive inventory
Work with checkers to ensure accurate receipt of inventory
Audit inbound receipts, both physically and through receipt documentations
Data setup and validation

Audit existing data for inaccurate data
Manage unsalable inventory to resolution
