About The Position

You will work at our Distribution Center located at 29548 Airport Road Eugene OR. A typical work week is Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or as needed - SOME OVERTIME MAY BE REQUIRED. This position's primary function is to pick orders, pack them appropriately, and help load orders onto trucks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or the equivalent
• Ability to safely operate various pieces of equipment and hand tools
• Basic math and writing skills

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

• Prior experience in a food production setting is helpful but not required, we provide training!

Responsibilities

• Pick items for distribution using a pick-ticket system.
• Palletize orders according to distribution routes.
• Place parcel shipments on appropriate stations and pack orders accordingly.
• Shrink-wrap orders onto pallets and identify them correctly.
• Correctly fill out all paperwork, including the pick sheet according to work instruction.
• Accurately pick and replenishment transfer for the factory store.
• Ability to load GB and 3rd party trucks with routes, LTLs, FTLs, and CPUs.
• Understand and follow all SOPs pertaining to Warehouse.
• Achieve 8.3% of total team lines picked.
• Maintain 99.8% shipping accuracy per line picked based on DC KPI.
• Communicate with Shipping Lead or Supervisor on inventory discrepancies.
• Use swipe card to clock in and out. Need to make sure to swipe card on every punch.
• Clean warehouse as needed, including emptying trash and cleaning floors.
• Provide receiving support for the honey yard and inbound raw material deliveries.
• Safely unload inbound trucks in accordance with safety and handling procedures.
• Operate sit-down and reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Perform accurate data entry within X3 receiving systems and processes.
• Verify received quantities, documentation, and product condition against shipping paperwork.
• Ensure pallets are stored correctly, safely, and maintained in excellent condition.
• Sanitize and clean the warehouse, docks, and surrounding work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Ensure all receiving documents are completed and entered accurately and in a timely manner.
