About The Position

Sideshow is looking for a self-motivated Shipping Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and managing the process of packing and shipping orders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Two years warehouse experience (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Checking and verifying customer orders, making sure items are correct and packed properly.
• Packaging: Ensuring products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Labeling and Documentation: Printing shipping labels, ensuring they are properly affixed to packages, and handling any required shipping documentation.
• Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels and alerting the supervisor if there are shortages or issues with inventory.
• Shipping: Coordinating with shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) to ensure timely dispatch of packages.
• Quality Control: Inspecting items before shipping to ensure they are in good condition.
• Customer Service: In some cases, shipping associates may communicate with customers or vendors regarding the status of their orders or address issues like returns or damages.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
