Requirements

Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.. with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
High School diploma or equivalent job experience
Basic use of a computer
Experience with SAP program
Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays with advance notice

Nice To Haves

Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklift
Experience in shipping, related work.

Responsibilities

Review and complete shipping and receiving documentation, enter information into computerized systems, support others in resolving issues through use of knowledge of processes and procedures
Conduct cycle counts and may support reporting or reconciliation
Stabilize trucks with chocks and may oversee the loading and unloading vehicles
Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement spanning the full range of facility operations with authority to make moderate changes, as defined by management
Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including equipment lock ins and outs and maintain a safe and clean work environment
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned
