Pay: $19.50/hr – eligible for pay increases at 6 months and again at 1 year, based on performance Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-8:00pm, with overtime including Saturday Schedule Requirements: This position requires flexibility with start times based on operational needs. Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
- Minimum 6 months of forklift experience - required
- A safety-first mindset
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
- Proven success working in fast-paced, high-demand seasonal periods
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift, order picker, and turret truck to perform duties within the shipping department
- Ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Safely move materials and products within the facility
- Other duties as assigned, whether on or off a forklift, based on department and business need
