About The Position

The SRW Operator is responsible for warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the storage of surplus inventory and property. The SRW operator is also responsible for packaging finished goods from the production line and packing finished goods orders for customer shipment. Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of shipping and receiving experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Must be proficient with wood working equipment, such as saws, and pneumatic nail and staple guns
  • Math - specifically, using a tape measure and a solid understanding of the metric system
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Legible handwriting for document completion
  • Quality conscious
  • Organized
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to work alone or in a team setting
  • Goal oriented with a focus on safety, process improvement, and team building

Responsibilities
