Shipping & Receiving Assistant
About The Position
OAI + Rainier by The Look Company, is a manufacturing organization with a long, established history. We create custom fabricated displays, industrial art, and graphics solutions. Our work uniquely blends the use of items fabricated from print, metal, wood, graphics, and fabric, including wallcoverings, framed artwork, banners, vehicle wraps, wayfinding signage, and large-scale environmental branding such as for sporting facilities. We are seeking a dependable and organized Shipping & Receiving Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. This entry‑level role works under direct supervision and is responsible for receiving, processing, and distributing incoming items, as well as preparing and shipping customer orders.
Requirements
- One year of receiving or distribution experience is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with warehouse or shipping tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with shipping software (training will be provided).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
- Able to work efficiently and set priorities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
