Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate Shipping & Receiving Associate to work on 1st shift at our Plant 4 location.

Requirements

Minimum knowledge of Ariens business process and product
Must have Basic As400 knowledge
Must have basic measurement, mathematical, reasoning and computer skills
Forklift certification
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Safe operation of machine and tools
Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment
Perform any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools
Operates any equipment needed to perform the job
Strict adherence to standard work
Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
Ability to problem solve effectively
Ability to drive forklift.
Covers for Team Leader / Shipping Dock when needed.
Ability to communicate effectively
Loading and unloading trailers, when needed.
Receive in and put parts away.
