About The Position

This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory records. This role plays a critical part in the supply chain by ensuring materials, parts, and products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently.

Requirements

Familiarity with spreadsheets (excel/google sheets)
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
Experience supporting warehouse and production functions within a high paced organization, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or other related industries.
Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root cause issues, and recommend solutions.
Lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
Able to walk, stand, crouch, bench, kneel, lift, carry and reach as needed in large and tight spaces.
Proficient in Microsoft Word systems excel and other systems for work instructions creation.
English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Support all activities related to inbound shipments, to include unloading deliveries from trailers to the dock (using a hand truck and/or forklift), handling heavy equipment unloads, segregating inbound material into direct and indirect categories, and staging of material within the facility in support of all external teams.
Support the Production Control team with material moves in support of quality inspection, putaway actions, and material issues in support of all production teams.
Provide assistance to Harbinger employees when preparing outbound parcel and freight shipments that are processed through the appropriate Shipment Request form.
Assist the Shipping & Receiving and Production Control teams with clearing out dunnage and removing empty boxes and crates from the inbound dock.
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
