C.H. Thompson is currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk , you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality, safety, and productivity through a hands-on approach. We are also proud to be ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D and NADCAP certified! Position Overview Shipping and receiving, including both material handling and administrative duties. Utilize computer system to ship, check order status, scan orders and upload pictures. Accurately enter a high volume of orders into the computer system, ensuring correct pricing, quantity, and model numbers. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization. Maintain organization of the receiving area, staging area, hold area and outgoing area of the warehouse, including all respective paperwork. Report any discrepancies between paperwork (i.e. purchase orders, job card routers, shipping tickets) and physical inventory. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. Final review of completed product - review paperwork and packaging of parts. Responsible for final review prior to shipping parts to customers .

Requirements

Proficiency in databases and systems
