About The Position

Arclin in Cleveland, OH is currently seeking talent to fill an opening for a Shipping and Receiving Operator for our St. Clair location. Reporting to the Shipping Manager, this person will work with the Shipping Coordinator and Shipping Team to make sure all materials are received and shipped on time and in an orderly manner.

Responsibilities

Ensure documentation, as required by law and the company, is completed with accuracy and completed fully
Ensure accurate procedures are followed for tracking outgoing and incoming items
Maintain an accurate inventory of raw materials and finished goods
Ensure that proper paperwork is submitted in a timely and accurate manner
Adhere to federal, state and local health and safety laws and compliance regulations
Count and verify all materials that are being received against the requested amount.
Identify any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator.
Ensure that materials are placed in their accurate defined space
Ensure that all finished goods are safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
Ensure that trucks are loaded in a timely manner
Ensure production lines are staged with the appropriate materials to fill production orders
Ensure the Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator is made aware of any outgoing materials requiring special attention
Follow all applicable internal work instructions and procedures pertaining to the role.
Ensure organization and cleanliness of all warehouse locations
Abide by all safety, security, and quality policies
All other duties as assigned
