About The Position

Shop Hand (Bilingual) An equipment company in Fort Worth, is hiring hands-on truck equipment installers to build highway safety and construction vehicles. This is steady, full-time work with overtime available. We are looking for bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates who are comfortable learning and working with hydraulics, wiring, and mechanical systems. Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday OT available: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pay: - $18/hr What You’ll Be Doing: Install crash cushions and arrow boards on trucks Run electrical wiring from front to back of vehicles Connect hydraulic systems and components (this is very important) Mechanical assembly and installation of truck equipment Light welding as needed Lead role (if applicable): guide installers, check quality, keep work moving

Requirements

• MUST be bilingual (Spanish & English)
