About The Position
We are a framing company seeking a skilled Shop Mechanic with 3+ years of hands-on experience to diagnose, repair, and maintain our fleet and equipment in our yard.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on mechanical experience
- Must have own hand tools
- Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus)
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- English required (bilingual a plus)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with automated saws is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus)
- English required (bilingual a plus)
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, engine, and electrical systems
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs efficiently to minimize downtime
- Complete occasional welding and fabrication as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records
