Requirements

Strong organizational and inventory management skills
Ability to manage vehicles, equipment, and supplies efficiently
Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds and working in a warehouse/shop environment
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration, construction, warehouse, or fleet management is a plus

Responsibilities

Fleet & Vehicle Management: Track and maintain company vehicles, keep them clean and stocked, coordinate maintenance, and ensure they’re always ready for action.
Equipment Oversight: Manage air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and specialty tools—making sure everything is inspected, cleaned, and ready for the next job.
Inventory Control: Keep supplies like PPE, chemicals, and drying materials fully stocked and organized. Handle orders, vendor relations, and inventory storage.
Shop Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. Implement systems to track equipment and support field crews with prep and readiness.
