About The Position

Technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE agriculture machinery and/or related equipment. Providing quality repairs on agriculture equipment in the shop environment.

Requirements

5 years experience hands-on experience servicing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment (agriculture or heavy machinery preferred).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to comply with all Auto and Equipment Safety rules and operate vehicles within prescribed limits and weather conditions.
Willingness to perform duties both in shop and field environments as needed.

Nice To Haves

Welding and structural repair experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving: Engines Transmissions Hydraulic systems Electrical systems Structural components, including welding
Complete accurate documentation and service reports using basic computer systems
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety protocols
Apply safe and proper use of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools
Perform additional functions or duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives
