About The Position

As a Shop Worker at Ironclad Environmental Solutions, your primary focus will be supporting the service and repair of rental equipment and assisting with inventory control. You will help maintain equipment standards, contribute to operational efficiency, and ensure that all units are rental-ready. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, required
  • 1 year of inventory control experience required
  • Mechanical aptitude required
  • Must be able to obtain a Medical Examiners Certificate (MCE)
  • Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire
  • Valid driver’s license
  • This is a safety-sensitive role that requires strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards.
  • Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Welding experience preferred
  • Experience in rental/pump industry, preferred
