About The Position

Shopify E-commerce Coordinator Overview: Modern Performance + Recovery Brands is hiring an entry-level coordinator to run day-to-day operations for our Shopify website. This role maintains the site experience, manages collections and catalog data, handles customer service, and supports the third-party site tools that power analytics, marketing, and conversion. This position is based out of our headquarters in Hickory, NC. Essential Functions:  Maintain Shopify storefront content and structure (navigation, pages, promos) and perform basic QA across devices. Manage merchandising: collections, tags, filters, featured assortments, and seasonal updates. Maintain catalog data quality: titles, descriptions, images, variants, attributes/metafields, pricing; execute bulk updates via CSV/spreadsheets. Monitor orders and resolve exceptions (address issues, cancellations, refunds/returns) and keep customers informed. Handle customer support via email/chat: product and sizing questions, order status, returns/exchanges; escalate edge cases. Administer and QA site tools and integrations (such as tag manager, analytics). Identify and implement automation to reduce manual work and improve the customer journey (workflow rules, macros, self-service content). Job Specifications: 0–2 years in e-commerce ops, customer support, retail ops, or similar. Strong attention to detail; comfortable with spreadsheets and structured data cleanup. Clear, professional writing for customer-facing responses and site content. Able to manage a queue, prioritize work, and follow documented processes. Preferred: Hands-on Shopify admin experience (products, collections, theme/app settings). Basic HTML/CSS Familiarity with consent/tag governance and validating analytics/marketing tags. Experience with helpdesk and lifecycle tools (support macros, email/SMS flows). Comfort learning new apps and documenting repeatable workflows.
