About The Position

Provide extensive customer service and administrative support while enhancing strong company image.  Handle heavy phone lines for Bentley.  Take telephone requests for samples and enter marketing and client information into system.  Maintain the Bentley showroom updated with fresh product presentations and assist with walk-in traffic as necessary. Perform general office duties, to include filing, light typing, general voice mail, and maintenance of conference room schedules and ordering of kitchen and office supplies approved by supervisor. Work closely with the local sales representatives. Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Currently enrolled in College
  • 2-3 years customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office software (Word & Excel proficiency required. Lotus Notes a plus).
  • Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends when needed.
