About The Position

This position serves as the first point of contact for the Pella Showroom customer walk-ins and call-ins and contributes to sales success by properly directing customers to the appropriate department and answers product related questions. Must be a quick learner and have a desire to be a product expert. In addition, he/she will provide administrative assistance to sales and administration.

Requirements

  • Must be an outgoing person with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Organizational, social and customer focus skills are necessary along with strong product knowledge.
  • Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Strong math skills and good data entry skills are required.
  • A high level of energy, confidence and top notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Display and/or demonstrate product in showrooms, using samples or catalogs, emphasizing features and benefits of Pella products.
  • Answers and accurately directs customer calls for both internal and external customers by asking leading questions and prequalifying. Sets proper customer expectations regarding the retail replacement process.
  • Maintains a favorable and hospitable setting for all customers in the showroom
  • Responsible for taking the appropriate action and contacting those required to resolve showroom concerns
  • Provides administrative support for sales and management.
  • Administers, verifies, and communicates accurate product or customer information.
