About The Position
Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. seeks Crane Operators for a project in Holly Springs, NC. Candidates must have a NCCCO in swing cab and fixed cab. Candidate will be rigging when not operating the crane. Hired candidates will be considered for Benefits/Paid Time Off after 3-months. #SIC #LI On-Site #LI-VB1
Requirements
- NCCCO Certification
- TLL and TSS (Service Trucks).
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience operating cranes.
Responsibilities
- Complete JSA’s and lift plans.
- Review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with PPE requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties.
- Perform all necessary safety checks on the equipment per procedures & policy.
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
- Operate cranes in a safe manner.
- Operate 190 ton May operate Hydraulic and All Terrain Cranes.
- Maintain logbook, ELD’s and comply with Hours of Service and all other DOT requirements for CDL drivers.
- Collaborate with Riggers and Truck Drivers to hoist materials and or loads through Radio or visual signals and other communication.
- Regular attendance is required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
