About The Position

Are you a person who can GET THINGS DONE? FASTSIGNS Kent is seeking a talented non-electrical Sign Installer ready to take ownership of our in-house installation work. We are growing and we are looking for a skilled, energetic professional who can confidently manage a wide range of signage installations while representing our brand with excellence on commercial job sites. We maintain a steady pipeline of B2B projects and need someone who is ready to step in immediately and handle installs across interior, exterior, and vehicle graphics applications. Vinyl install certifications are a plus! This position will be assigned a variety of installs, while specialty projects may be vended out as needed. This position will learn how to operate a laminator, a fabrication table and a plotter. Opportunity for training on our high speed Colex cutter. Requirements

2+ years professional sign installation experience or a proven track record of finding creative solutions to install projects and making things happen!
Strong vinyl application skills (vehicles and walls)
Thrives in a fun, close-knit team environment
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Maintain professional, proactive communication with internal team members.
Professional, outgoing demeanor with B2B and all customers
High standards for craftsmanship and detail
Can pass a background check and a drug test
Ability to climb and work safely on 6–10 foot ladders
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Willing to go up in aerial and scissor lifts for installations.
Ability to lift and maneuver signage materials (50-100 lbs)
Comfortable using basic power tools and installation equipment
Able to spend 6-7 hours on your feet.

Vehicle lettering and spot graphics and partial wraps
Perforated window film and vinyl applications
Wall murals and large-format graphics wrap installations
ADA signage and interior sign systems wall mounted signs
Dimensional letters and lobby branding installations
Post & panel ground installations and building-mounted exterior signage attachments
Accurate site measurements and surveys (we will train!)
Aerial and scissor lift installations (we will train and get you safety certified!) and professional
