About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to
oversee drywall installation and finishing in residential construction,
primarily single-family homes. This position requires a strong understanding of
drywall construction, quality control, safety compliance, and customer
communication. The Field Supervisor is responsible for inspecting, coordinating,
and verifying each phase of the drywall process—from frame walk to
post-production service work—ensuring all work meets company, customer, and city
code standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in residential drywall or construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation, finishing, and texturing practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to interpret blueprints and builder specifications
• Proficient with mobile apps or tools for documentation and photo reporting

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Experience working with national or regional homebuilders preferred
• Familiarity with safety compliance (OSHA standards) preferred
