About The Position

As a Site EHS Representative, you will help champion a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. In this role, you’ll support the continuous improvement of EHS programs by applying your technical knowledge, analytical skills, and passion for problem ‑ solving. You’ll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, driving consistent safety practices, and supporting site leadership with data-driven insights. Every day brings an opportunity to collaborate with cross ‑ functional partners, engage with team members on the floor, and contribute directly to a culture of accountability and ownership. You’ll participate in assessments, audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses to ensure that safety and environmental stewardship remain top priorities. Your work will help create meaningful improvements, strengthen systems and processes, and empower others through effective communication and training. In this role, you’ll also support the implementation of tracking systems, metrics, and reporting tools, ensuring that EHS activities are completed efficiently and transparently. Whether developing training or leading initiatives, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact and continue growing your expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of related experience OR Bachelor of Science
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access); data manipulation and analysis.
  • Ability to present information effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Required to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
  • Ability to source, read, understand, and interpret EHS regulations as published by government agencies.
  • Skilled in developing clear written communications, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Skilled in effectively communicating in oral and written form.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Required to be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science degree, EHS.
  • Experience managing multiple assignments.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with OSHA/Cal OSHA/EPA/Cal EPA standards.
  • Competency in statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
