Linxon is searching for a dynamic QHSE Supervisor to shape and steer our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems across major renewable energy programs. In this role, you’ll be at the center of ensuring our engineering, procurement, and construction activities meet the highest global standards—safely, responsibly, and with real long‑term impact. What will you do? Quality Leadership Develop and champion a project-wide Quality Plan aligned with ISO 9001—ensuring excellence from design to delivery. Drive robust quality control throughout engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Conduct proactive supplier and contractor audits to keep all partners aligned with top-tier standards. Own the non‑conformance process (NCRs), leading root-cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Health & Safety Excellence Implement and oversee HSE Management Systems that meet ISO 45001 requirements. Facilitate risk assessments, HSE onboarding, toolbox talks, and day‑to‑day safety engagement across teams. Lead incident investigations with transparency and urgency, ensuring corrective actions are completed and embedded. Champion a safety‑first culture and empower teams to maintain high HSE awareness on every site. Environmental Stewardship Ensure all project activities comply with ISO 14001 and environmental regulations. Oversee Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and guide mitigation strategies. Monitor and improve waste management, emissions tracking, and resource efficiency. Support broader sustainability and ESG reporting objectives across the business. Integrated Project Support Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to embed QHSE into every project phase. Lead site inspections, HSE audits, and contractor performance evaluations. Ensure all subcontractors and vendors consistently meet QHSE expectations. Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate QHSE documentation, dashboards, and reporting for internal teams and external stakeholders. Prepare for and support certification audits, client inspections, and regulatory reviews. Track key QHSE KPIs, identify trends, and drive targeted improvement programs. Who you are? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field. 5–10 years of QHSE experience in EPC or renewable energy projects. Certifications such as NEBOSH and ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor (or equivalent). Solid understanding of renewable technologies (solar, substations, wind, BESS, etc.). Strong grasp of local and international HSE regulations and EPC project workflows. Preferred Qualifications Experience on utility‑scale renewable projects. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools. Comfortable using QHSE software (Intelex, Enablon, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. Who we are?
