A key priority is ensuring that both office and field personnel are fully trained in all applicable safety programs, protocols, and federal and state regulations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on construction safety experience.
• Active OSHA 30 and OSHA 500 certifications.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
• This role is hands-on - expect to be on your feet roughly 80% of the time.
• Must be able to independently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote strong, productive leadership across all safety functions.
• Execute and sustain daily implementation of company safety programs on active job sites.
• Lead onsite safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors, and coordinate regular workshops.
