About The Position

Provides supervision of Intermediate level (I-Level and Depot Level) repair support for the ALQ-99 Tactical Jamming System (TJS) in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements. Senior On-Site Supervisor supporting repair, maintenance, modification, and overhaul of ALQ-99 at Fleet Readiness Center Northwest (FRCNW).

Requirements

8+ years Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) experience
5+ years as Maintenance Officer, Senior Maintenance NCO or equivalent civilian management experience responsible for NAMP
4+ years ALQ-99 or similar aviation maintenance experience
Secret clearance required

Responsibilities

Performs duties as primary interface with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and submits required reports
Manage day-to-day operations of Contract Field Team
Perform as primary interface with Corporate Program Management
Document and submitting Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
Perform as primary interface with Corporate Director of Quality submitting required reports
Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programs
Submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Weekly Activity Report, Payroll, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc.
Provides local oversight of Quality Management System (QMS), training and safety programs
Accountable for assigned Company Owned Property, Government Furnished Property, and Government Furnished Equipment.
Documents work performed on appropriate forms, electronic database and definitive sheets, as required.
