We have a fun, dynamic and diverse staff of instructors from around the world who love working with people, sharing their joy of winter sports and striving to be the best Pros in the industry! Certified Ski Instructors can expect to teach group and private lessons to a range of age groups from 3-year olds to adults. As an experienced instructor, you will be expected to provide a quality lesson, with an emphasis on safety and fun, while upholding the highest levels of guest service. Please note, the majority of our Ski School guests are younger children. Season long certification and elective training programs are available to all Ski School staff throughout the season. Requirements
- Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 PSIA/AASI teaching certification or international equivalent required
- Excellent verbal communication skills are needed
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to develop in the realms of people, teaching and technical skills
- Growth mindset
- 1 season experience employed as a ski/snowboard instructor required
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to begin work teaching by Mach 21, 2026 or sooner
Responsibilities
- Teaches lessons to the general public within certification range, utilizing recognized methodology accepted by the PSIA/AASI or ISIA
- Level 1 Certified Instructors – Beginner zone
- Level 2 Certified Instructors – Beginner through intermediate zones
- Level 3 Certified Instructors – Beginner through expert zones
- Provide a quality lesson, with an emphasis on safety and fun, while upholding the highest levels of guest service
