WHAT OUR SKILL GAMES ATTENDANTS DO: The Skill Games Attendant provides fast and friendly service to our guests in all areas of the department including attracting guests to games and re-stocking games. This position will including taking payments, issuing prizes, and helping guests to ensure that everyone has a positive experience when visiting the park. A SKILL GAMES ATTENDANT’S DAY-TO-DAY Engage and challenge guests to play games, conveying a fun and positive attitude that creates an inviting atmosphere. Initiate conversations with guests as they pass by and encourage them to play. Provide clear and accurate explanation of game rules to players, as needed. Accurately conduct POS transactions while ensuring all procedures are followed – including credit and refund transactions. Ensuring all PCI and park guidelines are being followed for all financial transactions. Monitor game prizes and coordinate stocking of game prizes Report problems with game equipment’s to management. Promptly escalate any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or emergencies to management. Assist in other departments as needed. All other duties assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with California Child Labor Laws
  • Available to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work for your scheduled shift
  • Ability to comply with all uniform policies
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions and concerns in a positive and professional manner
  • Ability to positively engage with guests to promote sales and increase satisfaction
  • Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently

Responsibilities
