Requirements

A genuine desire to serve and make a difference
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Reliable transportation.
Good health, a positive attitude , and a high regard for elders
CA Home Care Aide registration (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work in Fremont, Newark and Union City

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting clients with Dementia
Experience Caring for Veterans

Responsibilities

Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
Supporting mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
Handling meal planning, preparation and feeding
Managing light household needs
Provide companionship and respite services for the family
Engaging in meaningful conversations and activities that bring joy and connection
