About The Position

Skillforce is currently hiring reliable and hardworking commercial construction Skilled Laborers for an active job site in Niwot, CO. This role supports various trades and site operations and is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. This is a contract role lasting approximately 5 days working 10 hours each day. Pay is up to $25/hr depending upon experience.

Requirements

Prior commercial construction or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods
Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Reliable transportation to the job site

Responsibilities

Assist skilled trades with daily tasks as needed
Perform site clean-up, material handling, and debris removal
Load and unload construction materials and tools
Operate basic hand and power tools safely
Follow all job site safety procedures and company policies
Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, carrying, and staging materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
