Skilled Maintenance - Memphis, TNFull-time | $22.00 - $25.00/hour | 40 hours/ week Wesley Living is a faith-based organization that has been managing affordable senior living communities in the Memphis area and beyond for over 50 years. Ensure development and execution of preventative maintenance plan in accordance with current Policies and Procedures. Problem solving, time management, leadership, teamwork, and budgeting skills are necessary. Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired. Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements
- Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- 5 + years' experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work under supervision.
- HVAC certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman status or equivalent in two skills preferred.
- Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired.
- Problem solving, time management, leadership, teamwork, and budgeting skills are necessary.
