About The Position

You will be the Skunk Works RF Engineer Staff for the Skunk Works team which is responsible for advanced antenna and RF system design and integration. What You Will Be Doing As the Skunk Works RF Engineer Staff you will be responsible for driving RF research, supporting IRAD and CRAD projects, and shaping technology roadmaps. Your responsibilities will include: Lead research and development of advanced antenna and RF system designs. Provide technical support to internal and contracted R&D projects. Define and influence RF technology development directions and roadmaps. Deliver concise technical presentations to customers and engineering teams. Maintain clear written and verbal communications across multidisciplinary groups. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field Required
  • Extensive hands-on experience with design and integration of RF electronics
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong background in the field of Electromagnetics and Radar Cross Section (RCS) reduction of RF Systems
  • Excellent communication skills, as position requires interfacing with internal and external customers to report technical and scheduling status
  • Experience leading teams and interfacing with external customers and basic project management skill sets desired
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Active Secret Clearance desired
