About The Position
Responsible for the management and supervision of Slot personnel, gaming devices, and related player activity in all gaming areas including Atrium Bar, Dig Lounge, and Player’s Club during assigned shift.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Should have knowledge and experience of the maintenance and repair of slot machines.
- Prior supervisory and cash handling experience required.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of weekly work schedules for Slot personnel.
- Assists in the hiring and training of Slot personnel.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to all Gaming patrons.
- Sign in and out Slot Department keys and radios.
- Enforce and ensure that the Slot Department personnel comply with all policies and procedures of the BlueWater Resort & Casino as well as Tribal and State regulations.
- Staff and schedule department personnel for assigned shift maintaining proper coverage on the floor.
- Resolve patron disputes and personnel problems.
- Has authority to authorize complimentary privileges to patrons according to company policy.
- Monitor the play of patrons.
- Verify and approve jackpots and fills in accordance with jackpot/fill procedures.
- Assists with the payout verification of the slot tournament winning payouts.
- All other duties as assigned (non-gaming functions and issued gaming license permitting).
