About The Position

Slot Technicians are responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical player terminals.

Requirements

• Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of Casino.
• Six (6) months experience working as a Slot Technician, or other related electronics or IT experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
• Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Repair, overhaul, and proper preventative maintenance of all player terminals to ensure optimal operation.
• Proactively identify problems & solutions follow up with the Slot Tech Supervisor.
• Assist in moving and installing gaming devices as needed.
• Breakdown, relocation, and re set-up of machines and stands to be relocated.
• Maintain accurate and thorough departmental records and reports.
• Learn and ensure policies and procedures are being followed per the departments’ Internal Controls.
• Perform other tasks assigned.
