Responsibilities
- Monitor Slot Attendant calls throughout their shift and assist Slot Attendants when they are receiving a high volume of calls.
- Cover Slot Attendant breaks.
- Remain on the floor looking for guest service opportunities during holidays.
- Cover the Slot Floor by Paying Jackpots and performing other Slot Attendant Duties during call-ins or high-volume times.
- Installs, services, adjusts, and repairs slot and other TITO ticket operated machines.
- Receives training, technical direction and guidance from the Slot Technician Supervisor or Slot Director.
- Performs responsibilities in compliance with the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable laws or regulations.
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships and good guest service skills with all guests and team members.
- Safeguards slot machines; maintains slot repair parts cart and inventories.
- Troubleshoots equipment and records appropriate information on the Slot Machine Access Log.
- Adjusts and aligns slot machines to meet or exceed factory specifications.
- Moves slot machines as required or requested.
- Maintains alertness for the performance of all responsibilities and a general awareness of casino operations.
- Performs machine conversions as required or requested.
- Repairs problems on the spot or removes and replaces suspect bad components for later repair.
- Wears and maintains all uniforms properly.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment while complying with safety procedures.
- Follows security policies and procedures and reports all violations.
- Available to work both the Black Hawk and Central City properties.
- Performs other duties as directed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to obtain CO Support Gaming License.
