About The Position

This role will be onsite at our Easton office in Columbus, OH Small Business Lending Consultants ensure a Category of One experience for all customers in providing lending solutions and taking business loan applications for Community Lending customers up to 5MM Revenue,500M Loan Amount, and 1MM Aggregate Exposure, generally. Summary: Small Business Lending Consultants ensure a Category of One experience for all customers in taking business loan applications for Community Lending customers up to 5MM Revenue, 500M Loan Amount, and 1MM Aggregate Exposure, generally. · Communicates with customer, branch partner, underwriter to submit application and obtain credit decision. · Fields new opportunities via internal, inbound phone calls · Leverages Elite Digital Lobby technology to communicate and transfer documents to and from customer. · Partners with and supports Branch colleagues and business lending customer via initial real-time engagement through application credit decision. · Hands off the credit approved, and customer accepted applications to Business Lending Client Specialist for back-end sales support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales in financial services or credit environment
  • PC and internet proficiency
