The Small Business Management Intern will assist office staff with finance, documentation, filing and guest services, including management/upkeep of online record-keeping databases. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for learn the ins and outs of operating a small business. Intern tasks may consist of: Managing integrated AI customer service software Preparing documents and reports for company president and vice president Preparing Excel spreadsheets and templates for permitting, finance and operations Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel Responding to customer inquiries and feedback through phone and email Assist with accounts payable and receivable Attending and contributing to departmental meetings Document and corporate SOPs and review for efficiency Personal assistant duties to the owner Use of personal vehicle to run errands (mile reimbursement offered) Research projects Other tasks as assigned
