In this direct sales role, you will drive new business through prospecting. You will collaborate with the sales engineering team and ensure smooth transitions to the implementation team. This role emphasizes acquiring new customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant sales experience, or some post-secondary education with 3 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 1 year in a commission-based sales role.
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal, non-verbal, and written skills, capable of adjusting tone and style to engage different audiences.
  • Demonstrated integrity, relationship-building skills, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to clearly translate and communicate business issues and technical information to individuals with varied levels of expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a prescriptive sales process to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, and prospect for new clients through various strategies.
  • Engage and nurture qualified leads.
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline to meet or exceed annual reoccurring revenue (ARR) quota while documenting key activities and insights.
