About The Position

The Social & Content Manager at GAMMA Sports is responsible for owning and executing the GAMMA content strategy across social media, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships. In addition to managing our social media channels, this role develops content that can be leveraged across multiple marketing channels to support launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives. This role brings the GAMMA brand to life through compelling, consistent, and performance-driven storytelling. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a strong executor—someone who can brainstorm concepts, create and distribute content efficiently, and seamlessly collaborate with the marketing, product, partnerships, and sales teams to ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. This position plays a critical role in building awareness, engagement, and loyalty within the racquet sports community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within sports, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Proven experience working with influencers, creators, and KOLs, including outreach, relationship management, and content coordination.
  • Strong ability to shoot and edit photo and video content (experience with mobile and/or professional equipment).
  • Proficient in Meta and TikTok analytics, with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for storytelling, visuals, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working cross-functionally with a larger team.
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and can manage multiple projects at once.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klayvio), social media analytics, and basic design software (Canva) a plus.
  • Knowledge or passion for tennis, pickleball, and/or padel is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central owner of GAMMA’s social presence, ensuring consistent execution of best practices across posting cadence, engagement, trend participation, and platform optimization.
  • Lead day-to-day community management across all social platforms.
  • Create internal-facing content such as assembly, product education, and how-to videos to support teams and customers.
  • Own and execute GAMMA’s influencer marketing strategy, including identifying, onboarding, managing, and measuring relationships with influencers, creators, and KOLs.
  • Manage partnerships with other brands and organizations on giveaways, co-branded initiatives, and sponsored content.
  • Monitor social performance and provide insights using Meta and TikTok analytics to optimize content and inform future strategy.
  • Assist with product launches and GTM executions.
  • Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously evolve GAMMA’s content approach.
  • Ensure all content aligns with GAMMA’s brand voice, visual standards, and positioning.
