We are building our future talent pipeline across all CEO Sites. While this is not an active role, submitting your application will allow us to keep your information on file. When an opportunity opens that perfectly matches your qualifications and preferred location, we will contact you to explore your interest. Our Opportunities CEO is proud to offer a range of direct service roles that are essential to helping individuals coming out of incarceration rebuild their skills, confidence, and stability. These include Job Developers, Job Coaches, Life Skills Instructors, Outreach Specialists, Site Supervisors and similar positions that work directly with participants, employers, and community partners to create pathways to meaningful employment for those we serve. In these roles, you’ll connect participant interests, experiences, and ambitions to real-world opportunities, guiding individuals toward long-term workforce success. The impact is tangible: every placement strengthens families, reduces recidivism, and builds more resilient communities. The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) provides employment services to people recently released from incarceration. Across the United States, 8,000-9,000 people participate in CEO each year, transitioning to employment that supports themselves, their families, and their communities. What began as a demonstration project of the Vera Institute of Justice in the 1970s to address employment barriers facing the formerly incarcerated following release in New York City has grown into the leading reentry employment organization in the country, where over 30,000 formerly incarcerated individuals have secured full-time employment since 1996.
