About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting in the district’s overall communications and marketing plan. It focuses on digital communication platforms including social media, digital articles, eNewsletters and website content. Under the direction of the department of Community Engagement and Public Relations, this position provides support to the district in the identified essential duties of the position. Supports social media planning content, graphics and posting. Provides content for multiple digital platforms. Design and curate graphics for digital content.

Requirements

• Current student of junior or senior status in a communications, public relations, marketing or a related degree program
• Experience and expertise with social media

Nice To Haves

• Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
