About The Position

FIGS is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to support and grow our organic social presence across our social media channels. This role is highly executional and community-driven — perfect for someone who lives on social media, understands internet culture, and loves engaging with audiences in real time.
This person will report to the Manager, Brand Social and work closely with the broader Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or digital content (internships included)
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture, trends, and platform features
• Extremely online — aware of trending sounds, memes, formats, and internet moments
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage in a brand voice
• Highly organized and comfortable using Asana or similar project management tools
• Comfortable capturing iPhone content and being hands-on in content creation

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of FIGS’ social channels, primarily TikTok and Instagram
• Actively manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs, engaging with followers, and contributing to conversations across the medical community
• Comment on relevant Instagram and TikTok content to build brand visibility and relationships
• Stay immersed in TikTok culture — resharing videos, identifying trends, and engaging with existing content in real time
• Help keep Asana organized by tracking social calendars, content deadlines, and community initiatives
• Assist in capturing content for social (on-set, in-office, or event-based content capture)
• Support the creative process by contributing ideas for posts, trends, and new formats
• Coordinate product send-outs (including sending scrubs to creators and community members)
• Partner across Marketing org to collect and organize UGC and support the UGC process
