Assists with coordinating and implementing the online marketing for the dealership. Provides administrative support for the Marketing Manager and/or Department. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Assists with establishing online marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services. Assists with developing and executing online marketing plans and programs, including Web site development and utilization, and establishes and maintains the company's presence in mailing lists and newsgroups. Assists with researching financial, technological, and demographic factors in order to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize the effects of competitive activity. Assists with the coordination of the dealership’s on-line advertising and promotion activities specifically linked to its Web presence, such as contests, tours, and seminars. Prepares online marketing activity reports as requested. Provides administrative and clerical support to the Marketing Manager and/or Department. Maintains CSI at or above Company standards Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area Participates in required training Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
